We’ve written alot about the non camera phones from iNo. If you’ve been waiting for the iNo Two, you should be happy to know that the prototype is now with the company, which has been loaning the sets out to some individuals for a trial. Post the trial, the phone would then be put up for pre-order.
Unfortunately, we’re not one of the lucky ones for the first batch, but we will be looking to review this particular model soon. For now, I can only leave you with some of the rumoured specifications:
- 4.3″ AMOLED
- Quad-Core 1.3GHz ( MTK6582)
- Android 4.2 Jelly Bean
- 1GB RAM; 8GB ROM
- Slim profile (7.9mm)
- $380 ( iNo one can be traded in for $80)
Looking at specifications vs price, it doesn’t seem to have the value that iNo One had when first released. Releasing with only 4.2 Jelly Bean would be disappointing as well, especially with 4.4 Kit Kat being more optimized for lower powered phones. That aside, generally 4.2 Jelly Bean and 4.4 Kit Kat isn’t that significant in other differences. Performance, I don’t expect it to be much better than the LG F5, which is selling for ~$420 now. So the popularity of the iNo Two with these specifications might be questioned. Will update with more details when it’s out.
