ASUS launches 2-in-1 ExpertBook B3 Detachable in Singapore

ASUS launches the ASUS ExpertBook B3 Detachable (B3000), a 2-in-1 portable featuring a detachable design with ExpertStand, a dual-orientation stand and cover, plus ExpertBoard, a complementary keyboard, an expansive 16:10 multitouch screen, and inherent adaptability that allows it to be used either horizontally and vertically — in traditional laptop style or as a handheld tablet.

The ASUS ExpertBook B3 Detachable (B3000) competes against the Lenovo Ideapad Duet 5 and the HP Chromebook X2, similar 2-in-1 portables featuring the Snapdragon 7c.

The option of a garaged stylus further enhances the versatility of the ASUS ExpertBook B3 Detachable (B3000), helping users to get every detail just right — from drawing and taking notes to annotating illustrations or marking documents. The built-in holder keeps the pen close at hand and minimizes the chance of it being misplaced. It also charges quickly, with a 15-second top-up providing enough power for 45 minutes of use.

The ASUS ExpertBook B3 Detachable (B3000DQ1A-HT0042M) will be retailing from $999 starting from today and will be available exclusively at the ASUS Exclusive Store and ASUS Online Store.

Looking at the pricing, the Asus does feel a little overpriced. Reasons why you would go for the ASUS would be the local support, additional storage and Windows 11 though.
