Update (05 Jan 13): The website had been taken down. Some orders were processed with CD Keys issued, while some users encountered a status of the CD Key processing. For the latter batch, Microsoft may not fulfil the request and issue a refund instead.

After you complete the purchase, the final page would show you the product key. However, the ISO is not available for download yet. Initial assessment indicates that the website is a valid Microsoft address. Office 2013 was released to manufacturing on October 11, 2012 but the official version is still not available yet, though Microsoft previously indicated that sales would commence in first quarter 2013. In comparison of the pricing, this is a great bargain at only S$5:
