D-Link 180 Degree Camera Available in Singapore Feb 16
D-Link, announces its first 180 degree full HD Wi-Fi camera, DCS-2630, which will be available in Singapore in February 2016. The feature list is quite rich, making it quite well suited for home surveillance. Sporting unique features such as a wider than normal field of view (at 180°!) and Wi-Fi AC.
The DCS-2630 boasts a horizon-wide 180° lens that easily provides wall-to-wall surveillance coverage in high-quality 1080p, a perfect feature for large rooms and areas with multiple entry points.
Installation on ceiling becomes a breeze for users with its rotatable head and other features such as built-in night vision, PIR motion detection, and handy mobile app empower the users to view more with less, day or night.
Ultra Wide coverage with 180° Panoramic View
Unlike the traditional cameras found in the market, DCS-2630L uses an ultra-wide view lens to give you a full 180° field of panoramic view of an entire room with a single camera. The unique de-warping technology in the 180 degree Wide Eye lens allows the users to have a more viewable video stream with less distortion. Traditional wide lens are guilty of a fish-eye look. DCS-2630L features 1080p HD sensor that captures images in rich details and crispness for monitoring purpose.
Peace of Mind with 24/7 Surveillance Coverage
Users have the option to enable 24/7 recording function to local SD card or to D-Link network video recorder. If 24/7 recording is not what user want, they can have the option to record or send email notification with video clips or snapshot to email account whenever they is motion or sound detected.
Night time monitoring is possible with the built-in infrared LEDs which allow for night time viewing of up to 16 feet (5 meters), providing round-the-clock monitoring of a home or small office.
Last but not least, it have built-in mic and speaker for communication to let you hear the happening at home and respond to what you see using your mobile phone.
